At Pepbbles Botanical Garden, all sales are final. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Payments are immediately processed and distributed to our global network of vendors to fulfill your order.

Product Satisfaction & Verification

If a customer is dissatisfied with an item, please note that refunds will not be granted based on product quality or personal satisfaction. Instead, the vendor may request a photo of the product upon reconstitution (if applicable) to verify any concerns such as low-grade materials or non-reconstituted goods.

Upon vendor review and confirmation, the vendor will reship the verified product to Pepbbles Botanical Garden, and we will then forward the replacement to the customer.
Customer Consent
Customers make purchases at their own discretion. Pepbbles Botanical Garden ensures that no customer is pressured, persuaded, or misled into purchasing. By completing a transaction, the customer acknowledges and accepts participation in a global-market purchase, including products imported and provided through international vendors.
