Shipping Policy - The Basics
What is an international market shipment?
An international market shipment refers to the sale and transfer of products through channels not authorized by the original manufacturer or authorized distributors. Such shipments may bypass official warranties, support, or post-sale services and can involve differences in pricing, packaging, or labeling.

Consumer knowledge and risks
Customers should understand that warranties and after-sales support from the original manufacturer may be limited or unavailable for g-market purchases.

Import duties and taxes: International shipments are often subject to customs duties, taxes, and processing fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges upon delivery.
Customs delays and seizure: Packages may be delayed or held by customs for inspection, which can extend delivery times beyond estimates and, in rare cases, result in seizure or return of the shipment.
Shipping risk and loss: G-market shipments may travel through non-traditional routes or use third-party carriers. There is a continued risk of loss, damage, or theft in transit, for which the seller or carrier may have limited liability.
Verification and traceability: Tracking information may be limited or less reliable for certain g-market routes. Customers should be prepared for occasional gaps in visibility during transit.
Compliance and legality: Buyers should ensure that importing the product complies with local laws and regulations, including any import restrictions or prohibitions in the destination country.

Timeline Expectations
Standard international shipments can take up to four weeks to arrive, depending on destination country, customs processing, and carrier routing. Delays may occur at customs or due to regulatory checks beyond the seller’s control.
If a shipment is held by customs or requires additional documentation, delivery may be further delayed. Customers should factor in possible extended timelines when planning purchases. Vendor will not reship until they gain confirmation of seized package from customs. This may take up to 90 additional days.

Cost Structure
Individual orders: International shipping cost is $90 per order.

Group Buys: Shipping costs are shared among participants, typically resulting in approximately $20 per participant, depending on the number of participants and package weight.
