***Research Peptide Participant Information, Waiver and Acknowledgment Agreement

(Non‑Binding Agreement & Waiver)

This Agreement is intended for use by participating United States citizens who are receiving information about research peptides. It is not a contract for medical treatment, does not authorize the use of any drug, and does not create a physician–patient relationship. It is for educational and risk‑disclosure purposes only.

Parties

​​

This Agreement is between:

• The “Organizer”: Pepbbles Botanical Garden 

​

• The “Participant”: Participating Consumer (a United States citizen, age 21 or older)

​​

Dates: December 21, 2025 - January 11, 2026

2. Purpose of Agreement

​​

• The purpose of reading and participating, placing an order, this Agreement is to provide the Participant with general information about research peptides, their intended use as laboratory, research materials, and the risks associated with using research peptides without appropriate medical evaluation and supervision.

• This Agreement does not authorize, endorse, or encourage the use, self‑administration, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of exposure of research peptides in humans or animals.

3. Nature of Research Peptides

​​

• “Laboratory and Research peptides” are synthetic or naturally derived peptide compounds that are typically labeled and marketed for research use only and/or not for human or animal consumption. Such products are generally sold for laboratory, in‑vitro, or other experimental settings and are not approved drugs, foods, or dietary supplements.

• Many research peptides have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, efficacy, dosage, or indications, and they may not meet pharmaceutical‑grade manufacturing, purity, or quality standards.

4. No Human or Animal Use

​

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

• Any laboratory or research peptides discussed, displayed, or referenced in connection with this study, event, or educational activity are intended solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes, such as in‑vitro experiments or other non‑clinical laboratory use.

• Research peptides are not for human or animal consumption or administration under this Agreement. The Organizer does not provide medical care, does not prescribe treatment, and does not instruct, assist, or encourage the Participant to use any research peptides on themselves, other persons, or animals.

5. Risks of Using Research Peptides Without Medical Supervision

​

The Participant understands and acknowledges that using research peptides outside of properly designed and regulated clinical or medical settings may involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Unknown safety and long‑term effects: Many research peptides lack well‑designed human clinical trials. Short‑ and long‑term effects on organs, metabolism, hormones, immune system, and other body systems may be unknown and potentially harmful.

• Quality, purity, and contamination issues: Products marketed as research peptides may be inaccurately labeled, improperly dosed, or contaminated with other substances, which can increase the risk of adverse reactions, toxicity, or infections.

• Incorrect dosing and administration: Unsupervised use can lead to under‑ or overdosing, improper frequency or route of administration, and unsafe combinations with other medications or supplements.

• Adverse reactions and interactions: Potential reactions include allergic responses, immune system disturbances, hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal symptoms, cardiovascular strain, neurological or psychiatric effects, or worsening of existing medical conditions.

• Delay or interference with proper medical care: Self‑experimenting with research peptides may cause individuals to delay or avoid evidence‑based care, which can worsen underlying health problems.

• Potential legal and regulatory risks: Depending on the product and jurisdiction, obtaining, possessing, or using certain non‑approved peptides may present legal or regulatory issues, particularly when used as unapproved drugs or in violation of applicable law.

6. No Medical Advice; No Provider–Patient Relationship

​

The Participant understands and agrees that:

• All information provided by the Organizer is general and educational in nature and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for any individual or condition.

• The Organizer, and any presenters, staff, or affiliates, are not providing medical care or establishing a provider–patient relationship with the Participant through this Agreement or any associated activity.

• The Participant must not interpret any discussion of potential effects, mechanisms, or uses of peptides as medical recommendations or prescriptions.

7. Duty to Consult a Licensed Medical Professional

​

The Participant acknowledges that:

• Any decision to seek or use peptides of any kind for health, performance, or cosmetic purposes should be made only after consultation with a duly licensed medical professional or healthcare provider who can evaluate the Participant’s medical history, current medications, and overall health.

• The Participant should never start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or therapy based on information about research peptides obtained from the Organizer without first consulting a qualified medical professional.

• In the event of any adverse symptom or concern, the Participant should promptly contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency medical services, as appropriate.

8. Voluntary Participation and Non‑Binding Nature

​

• The Participant’s review and participation of Group Buy Order of this Agreement is voluntary and solely for the purpose of documenting that the Participant has received and understood informational disclosures regarding research peptides and their risks.

• This Agreement is non‑binding in the sense that it does not obligate the Participant to engage in any research activity, purchase any product, or receive any medical treatment, nor does it obligate the Organizer to provide any specific services or products.

• This Agreement waives all limits and rights that can be waived thrown out under applicable law; Not holding organizer or vendor responsible if ordered and used by human or animal consumption.  

 

 

9. Participant Representations

​

By placing your order, the Participant represents that:

• The Participant is at least 21 years of age and a citizen of the United States.

• The Participant has read and understands this Agreement, has had the opportunity to ask questions, and is ordering voluntarily and without coercion.

• The Participant understands that research peptides are not for human or animal consumption in connection with this Agreement and that any off‑label or unauthorized use they might undertake would be done entirely on their own initiative and at their own risk, outside the scope of this Agreement.

10. Recommendation to Seek Legal Advice

​

• The Organizer encourages the Participant to seek independent legal advice regarding the use, modification, and enforcement of this Agreement, as laws and regulations related to research chemicals, investigational products, and medical practice vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. By placing your order, you forfeit the right to take legal action against orangizer and vendor.
